This Excelsior has mahogany back and sides, pearl rosette, rosewood fingerboard, brazilian rosewood bridge, rosewood pins, black binding and restoration tuners with black buttons.
The sitka spruce top on this instrument was obtained by me in 1978 making the top 32 years old the day the guitar was fitted with strings and first played!
Like all the Excelsiors, this guitar is a virtual cannon!
